The majority of our Pennsylvania and W. Virginia courses, taught by Regional Director, J.B. Wilcox, are taught at Pittsburgh Lean Six Sigma Training DoubleTree by Hilton in Washington Pennsylvania. We also host a White Belt course at the Jewish Family Services Building.

The Lean Six Sigma Applied Black Belt BLENDED learning course covers the knowledge needed to lead a Lean SixSigma Black Belt process improvement project team or work with a Champion Team in identifying opportunities for improvement within an organization.

PMP certification, established by the Project Management Institute (PMI®), is one of the most valued and respected credentials in project management. Earning and maintaining this PMI Project Management certification demonstrates a solid foundation of experience and competency in effectively managing projects and teams.

Led by a certified instructor, these intensive prep sessions are fast-paced, featuring high-quality materials, team activities, and individual exercises.
