C. William Harper, II brings over 25 years of business experience in financial services and process improvement to his role as Chairman of Breakthrough Performance Group. As a BPG alumnus who has completed Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Master Black Belt, and PMP training, he understands firsthand how these tools drive organizational success.

William is also the Founding Manager and Financial Analyst at C. William Harper and Associates LLC, a full-service retirement planning company. His leadership extends beyond business – he has served as a pastor for more than 20 years, bringing a faith-based and community-minded approach to his work.

William holds a B.S. in Finance from Central State University, an MBA, and a DBA from University of Phoenix.

Tasos has over 30 years of professional business experience working with organizations in the food, consumer packaged goods (CPG) and medical device industries.  He has held management positions in corporate finance, global brand management, and product platform development for Fortune 500 companies as well as privately held organizations, including Gibson Greetings, H.J. Heinz, Ossur, Maple Leaf Farms, and AdvancePierre Foods.  

Tasos has over 15 years of consulting experience having worked with over 16 client companies improving effectiveness and profitability in the areas of brand/product marketing, product development/innovation processes, business development strategy, market/customer research, corporate strategy, supply chain, and customer service. Aside from public classes and corporate training, Tasos conducted training through Wright State University Aside from public classes and corporate training at Breakthrough Performance group, Tasos conducted Lean Six Sigma training through Wright State University.

Tasos has a B.S. in Finance and a Minor in Decision Science from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio and an MBA from Xavier University with a specialization in Marketing and International Business.  He is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Lean Gold Practitioner and teaches many process improvement classes for BPG.

Daryl has over 40 years of professional business experience, 35 in industry and 20 in consulting and training. His industry experience was all with Procter & Gamble where he spent 18 years in Production Management and 14 years in Innovation / Project Management.   Daryl led or was significantly involved in developing many of the PMO systems currently used across P&G.  He has led many multimillion-dollar projects and has consulted on Innovation with every business within P&G as well as companies outside P&G.   He has also trained over 1,000 people and loves making things come alive for people.

Daryl has a BA in Civil Engineering and a BA in Geology from Montana State University. He is a Certified PMP, PMI OPM3 Assessor, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He leads all PMP Exam prep classes from BPG.
