Meet Our Team
Paul D. Gormas, MBA, CSSMBB, SPHR - BPG CEO
Paul has over 45 years of professional business experience, 32 in industry and 13 in consulting and training. His industry experience includes Fortune 500 and privately held companies in manufacturing, service, retailing, government and healthcare. Paul has held positions in IT, Production Management and 25 years heading up both Human Resources and Process Improvement. He was the VP of Human Resources at Robbins, Inc. for 8 years. As a consultant and trainer Paul has worked with over 30 client companies and has conducted dozens of training programs representing all industries. Aside from public classes and corporate training, Paul conducts training through Xavier University, Wright State University, and BPG.
Paul has a BA in Economics from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio and an MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati. He is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Paul also has certifications in Lean Manufacturing/Enterprise, Human Systems for Lean and has the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification.
Tasos Georgopoulos MBA, CSSBB - BPG President & COO
Tasos has over 25 years of professional business experience working with organizations in the food, consumer packaged goods (CPG) and medical device industries. He has held management positions in corporate finance, global brand management and product platform development for Fortune 500 companies as well as privately held organizations, including Gibson Greetings, H.J. Heinz, Ossur, Maple Leaf Farms and AdvancePierre Foods. Tasos has over 10 years of consulting experience having worked with over 16 client companies improving effectiveness and profitability in the areas of brand/product marketing, product development/innovation processes, business development strategy, customer insights, corporate strategy, supply chain, and customer service market research. Aside from public classes and corporate training, Tasos conducts training through Wright State University and Breakthrough Performance Group.
Tasos has a B.S. in Finance and a Minor in Decision Science from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio and an MBA from Xavier University with a specialization in Marketing and International Business. He is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Gold Practitioner and teaches many process improvement classes for BPG.
Daryl Gunnarson PMP, OPM3 Assessor, CSSBB - BPG PMP Instructor
Daryl has over 34 years of professional business experience, 33 in industry and 15 in consulting and training. His industry experience was all with Procter & Gamble where he spent 18 years in Production Management and 14 years in Innovation / Project Management. Daryl led or was significantly involved in developing many of the PMO systems currently used across P&G. He has led many multi-million dollar projects and has consulted on Innovation with every business within P&G as well as companies outside P&G. He has also trained over 1000 people and loves making things come alive for people.
Daryl has a BA in Civil Engineering and a BA in Geology from Montana State University. He is a Certified PMP, PMI OPM3 Assessor, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He leads all PMP Exam prep classes from BPG.
