Complete the form below and we will send you your official Breakthrough Performance Group Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certificate.

When you receive the email, Select "View this email in a browser" to print it.
We recommend using Google Chrome or Safari because they both have the most printing options.
For the best print out, select the "Landscape" option and deselect "Headers and Footers."

There was a lot of material covered in the course, but it was understandable thanks to the real world examples presented to the class.
